About Hallovis
What does Hallovis do, and what makes it different?
Every package lists its price openly, along with the hours involved and what is not included. Read it and you will know whether it fits.
The problem
The market keeps growing, but customers do not flow to your store on their own
Vietnamese e-commerce grows every year. But that growth does not spread evenly across every store. Market revenue is rising much faster than the number of items sold, which means the money is growing mainly because each order costs more, not because every seller is reaching more people.
HIGH VOLUME, THIN MARGIN
Marketplace fees, AI, technology, shipping and advertising are rising faster than revenue
DATA OUT OF SYNC
Mismatched inventory, manual returns, the same data entered into several selling systems
EXPANDING WITHOUT DIRECTION
New channels opened, more people hired, costs up, revenue still short.
These three push companies to do more, meet more and fix constantly, while the month-end numbers stay the same. Hallovis exists to answer the question that comes before all of that: what is actually broken, and what should be done first.
The trend
AI IS DOING THE SHOPPING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
It is no longer just a search tool. AI now compares prices, picks suppliers and decides where to buy. Sellers are no longer persuading a person in front of a screen. They are persuading a machine that reads data.
THE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR AI SHOPPING IS ALREADY RUNNING
AI shopping platforms are already live with millions of storefronts, and the technical standards for automated transactions have been published. This is no longer a forecast. It is evidence.
BRAND WEBSITES ARE NOT READABLE BY AI YET
Traffic from AI is climbing fast, but its conversion rate lags well behind other channels. Most websites were not built for machines to read, and missing data means AI skips straight past.
HALLOVIS DOES IT ON ITS OWN SITE
This website is built for machines to read. The Hallovis identity card declares the legal entity, tax code and the full service catalog with prices. Each service page follows an eight-block structure and includes a FAQ section. Price, scope and exclusions are stated directly on the page.
The figures on AI shopping come from international markets. No one has measured this in Vietnam yet.
Founder
The person behind Hallovis
Hoang Thi Thuy Hang
Founder of Hallovis
More than 15 years in e-commerce across five markets: Japan, Korea, the United States, China and Vietnam.
Has worked every sales channel: modern retail chains, traditional dealers, B2B wholesale and e-commerce. In full-time roles, not as an outside advisor, moving from middle management to senior leadership, across both business development and growth, answering for the numbers every month.
Experience
FIFTEEN YEARS ACROSS FOUR STAGES
01 · THE EARLY DAYS OF VIETNAMESE E-COMMERCE
At Cùng Mua Nhommua, when the market had no infrastructure and no one was used to buying online. Learned to create demand from zero: connected more than 1,000 suppliers and dealers, and built campaigns worth hundreds of millions in just 3 to 5 days each.
02 · OPERATING TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
Nearly 8 years through several mergers. Cùng Mua acquired Nhommua, and the company was eventually bought by Japan's Scroll 360 group. Learned process discipline and data standards, the things a Japanese company demands from day one.
03 · RUNNING E-COMMERCE
Worked in the field at Ninomaxx, Kềm Nghĩa, Aristino, InsideMen, Cecina, Salina, Chrisbella and Monigara. Built multichannel selling platforms, connected data between systems, and led digital transformation: online channels, profit and loss, product development and brand.
04 · HALLOVIS
All of that method packed into concrete knowledge and experience. Clients buy exactly the part they need, instead of paying salaries for a whole e-commerce team just to get it done.
Operated directly
Transparency
Why Hallovis publishes its prices
Hallovis surveyed consulting firms in Vietnam, including the largest in the market. Not one of them lists consulting prices on its website.
The usual way
Leave your details, wait for a call back, sit through a pitch, then finally receive a quote. That usually takes one to three weeks and ends with a number you have nothing to compare against.
The Hallovis way
Every package states the price, the hours, the delivery time, what is included and what is not. Read it and you know whether it fits, without having to talk to anyone first.
This has a cost. Publishing prices means competitors can see them, and it means we cannot price by the look of the customer. Hallovis accepts that, because price transparency is the fastest way for both sides to stop wasting each other's time. And because an AI assistant out shopping can only read what has been written down.

What Hallovis does not do
